About Teach4Texas

We're Texas educators building the resources we wish we'd had.

Teach4Texas was created by a team that includes TIA-designated teachers who've been through the process firsthand. We know what it takes to boost student performance on STAAR, document growth effectively, and earn TIA designation — because we've done it.

Our Mission

Texas has over 370,000 teachers. The Teacher Incentive Allotment has awarded $481 million to 42,000+ teachers across 665 districts — but most teachers still don't know how to take advantage of it. We're here to change that.

We connect the dots that nobody else does: effective STAAR prep drives student growth, and student growth drives TIA designation. Our resources are built around that connection.

What We Offer

• STAAR prep resources updated for the redesigned format
• TIA guides written by designated teachers
• Templates and tools that save you time on the busywork
• Practical strategies — no theory, no fluff, just what works

Score Desk & Store

Score Desk is a free local scoring app for STAAR ECR and SCR stacks. Build a TEKS rubric, print the student checklist, and keep a BOY→EOY growth snapshot for TIA conversations. Nothing is uploaded. First names or initials only.
